Hello, does anyone have any recommendations or information on how to change the water pressure regulators on a 1997 Sea Doo Challenger 1800? I am curious as to what is used for hose clamps on the hoses running to and from the valves? They look like zip ties almost? Also, the threaded fitting that goes into the exhaust, does that need anything on it to make it water tight when putting that in? Any help or advice on this is appreciated. Thanks!

On small fittings... I use strong, good quality zip ties. Anything bigger... I use stainless screw hose clamps. Don't cheap out and use the basic automotive clamps, as they are normally not rust resistant, and will fail after a year or two.
