water leaking from injector on 2001 seadoo gtx rfi

took my jetski out of storage to get it running for the season. started right up and ran with no engine related problems. However I did notice that cooling/fresh water is leaking from around the base of the front fuel injector (where its inserted into the head/cylinder. Looking at it with a mirror it appears as the injector o-ring is pushed out in two spots allowing the leak. if thats all that no big deal. But i have to ask. Why is there water at the bottom of the injector? is there a colling passage thats sealed by the injector o-ring? Am I looking at a cracked block or head? I've watched it while running and thats where the waters coming from. The machine still runs/idles great. Any thoughts or input would begreatly appreciated. Freshly rebuilt motor last season with @ 40 hrs on it. 2001 Seadoo GTX RFI. I'm stumped

I'm not the greatest person on the RFI engines... but from what I know... and checking over the manual... the O-ring on the injector should only be sealing a fuel passage. If the O-ring has pushed out... that's not good... but, it shouldn't be leaking water.

IF... it's water, then I would say that the cyl is cracked by the fuel injector. Pull the fuel rail, and injectors... and check for a crack.

If they were stored over winter... in the cold... the water in the cyl's could have froze, and cracked them.
