i took on some water on my 1996 seadoo spx. i have water in the engine. i took off and cleaned my carbs, pulled the plugs out and turned it over quite a bit and i figure i could drain my crankcase, but cannot find the plug. I am pretty new to PWC so i was wondering if someone could locate the plug for me, what i am doing now the right thing? and is there something else i should be doing?

there is no plug to your crankcase.

all you need to do is get it running and ride it. removing carbs wasn't necessary. ride it for at least 20 minutes and all the water will be gone. don't let water sit in your engine, it will ruin it.

Yes you are! Removeing the *plugs and put the * wires on the grounding lugs, then crank engine, (do not overheat starter) until water no longer squirts out. Then put some pre-mix gas in the *holes, put plugs in and get her started. Then ride the ski at least a 1/2 hour and she
will survive! Bip & Fog engine at shut down. The idea is to get lubrication on the raw parts, and moisture out of the ski's lower case..
