Water in Jet Pump oil

Hey Guys,

I noticed when I checked the oil in the jet pump it was water contaminated. Also noticed the O-ring on the nose cone was nicked pretty bad. Although I am pretty sure the o-ring is my problem, would the impeller shaft seal also cause this problem? Seal looks fine, and is pretty new. Just wondering if I should change the seal too.

Sorry to hijack, but what oil can be used for jet pump oil? Anything I can buy at like Autozone?

I use a full synthetic oil 75W-90
