I have a 99 seadoo XP Limited I just got. The trim wasn’t working and everytime plugging the trim module in than it would blow fuses. I bought a brand new module thinking that was the issue. I put the brand new module in and you can hear the relays clicking but the trim still isn’t working. If you take the trim motor out and jump it with a battery than the motor will turn over the gear. Can someone help. I was told could be the mpem.

Are you sure all wires are connected?
There should be two plugs to the VTS, one provides power and the other is the control.
Check all fuses.
If the internal relays are clicking then the module and switch are working, the motor just isn't getting power.

Yes both are connected and you can hear clicking in the module. Like the relays are clicking. Couldn’t hear that before until after replacing the module. But still not working for the trim. If you take the motor out the gear won’t spin with it connect to new module. But if connect it to battery than the gear spins

Okay I will check the fuses tomorrow. Thank you.
I checked my fuses and all the fuses are good but their is six slots for fuses. I was wondering if all six are suppose have a fuse in them or if some then was just to store extra. Also I was wondering if your suppose to have 12v from the little red & black connector that plugs into the module.

There are spare fuses and I think the body of the MPEM shows what fuse goes where and the spare slots.
