Why would there be 12 volts of power on each wire coming to the VTS motor. (green/orange and blue/orange) Shouldn't one be a ground wire or should I be getting power from both wires? Would this be a fault from the computer? Please Help!!

I am assuming there is a single ground and two hot wires baseboard. Your description. Is that correct?

Are both wires hot at the same time or only one at a time depending on the switch?

I will look at the schematic when I get home.

As a general rule, electric motor have two wires. Their polarity gets reversed by rocking the switch.

would make sense to me.. one hot up and one hot down.. but there should be a ground wire also right? unless the motor is grounded already?

There is a ground for sure. Could be the motor itself. That said, I am quite certain there is some sort of desperate ground wire running to the motor. My guess is where it mounts.
