VTS Stuck in the Up positon

I have a 1997 Seadoo GSI and my Trim is stuck pointed up. The dash has been fried and i suspect that may have something to do with it. Is there any way to manually move the trim down or ways to try for an easy fix or to troubleshoot it?

No easy fix. They go out all the time

You can remove the VTS cover on the inside. Then the trim motor then turn the shaft to get the trim neutral then reinstall the motor to hold it there.

So basically just pull the VTS motor out and rotate the shaft, then reinstall it to get it to stay in neutral position?

Just the electric motor not the entire assembly.

As above, you can adjust it manually. I would pull the plugs of the VTS motor as well as the fuse for the VTS module oce you have done the adjustment.

So i have got it working with the actual trim adjustment bottons, but it works for about 20 seconds or so then almost dies. So it moves perfectly fine its just it only work for about the first 20 seconds after putting the key to turn on the power of the ski.
