Had a non-working VTS gauge, the VTS system works fine otherwise.
Bought a used VTS gauge that doesn't work either. I went through VTS step-by-step procedures I found on this forum and I think the new gauge is bad also but need a confirmation...
I have good voltage to the gauge, good resistance variability from VTS unit to gauge. The two wires going from the gauge to presumably power the speedo do not have voltage. The gauge doesn't move off full down. New (used) gauge bad, right?
