Voltage regulators stuck on mounting bolt.

Im trying to take my voltage regulators off to replace them, but they are stuck on the mounting bolt and just twist with the bolt. i can seem to get them off. any ideas?

Plastic stop nut?....

This may be a tough one, but there is a plastic stop nut on the back side your going to have to try and get to.

You may have to remove the box to get to it. It's obvious that it's stripped in it's setting.....good luck!.:cheers:

once i get to the back of it, then what? try to hold the nut and try to break loose the regulator? (haha this sounds like a stupid question):rofl:
