Ok guys I'm not sure we're this hose goes to it's on the port side of my 2000 Seadoo gtx it's up front and vents outside the Seadoo. Please help!!! Lol

That's the vent line for the battery.

Wet cell batteries have a nipple connector on the Positive(+) terminal side where this vent line connects to so that chemical vapors don't build up inside under the seat.

It's also important to unlatch your seat and move it to the side or set it towards the rear to let any accumulated water inside the bilge bay to properly vent out and to guard against rusting if the seat is left latched after rides.
 
I just noticed that the battery is new and it's a sealed battery so I'm guessing I don't need to hook that up correct cuz I don't see any connection on the battery
 
They vent the wet cell batteries because when charging they generate hydrogen. Any spark when unvented could be a big boom under your seat. With any ignition source.
