ok well the snow has melted and i took my boat out to the lake hooked up the battery and tried to start it and it turned over super slow and wouldnt start. wasnt turning over near as fast as it did previous years. even thought battery might be bad replaced and still same issue was woundering if someone had an idea before i took it in.

Did you spray anything down the spark plug holes to winterize it? or before you attempted to start it the first time?
If not,
Start by taking out spark plugs if you haven't squirt down some oil and put new plugs. It should fire right up then.

was winterized

i took it to local bombardier dealer/seadoo dealer in fall to get it winterized. but i dont think that has anything to do with it. the starter is turning over so slowly it wouldnt have the umph to start it.

I say that b/c you said you tried with new battery and still no start.
If piston is hydrolocked(filled with fluid) it will give you that weak starter sound as in not enough power to turn cylinder over? Thats what I get from your description.
Take spark plug out and bump starter. Make sure starter is turning cylinder over.

check your battery connections ,ground cable , and connections at the battery . if they seem good i would not turn it over any more because you will burn up your starter . Removing the spark plugs will make the engine easy to turn so if it is still slow then the problem is a electrical connection or the starter .
