Hi guys,

It is my second time on this jet sky that the charger broke. This time I had X Charger with only 22 hours on it. I want to upgrade and get over my 70miles per hour on the clock not GPS :).

So now I am thinking I dont want to deal with this mess again in a few hours, What if I cap the engine , no more supercharger but instead have a turbo system installed.

What do you think ? Turbo won't be rotated by the engine, it won't broke like the SC would it ?

Thank you

it cost me 6500$, about 22 hours earlier ..so u can see my frustrations with this setup. I hate the Sea doo SC...and the Sea doo dealer is not really doing anything to really help me out now.

Something wasn't right I would think. I don understand your concerns. But,,, if it is right when it is all installed you should get YEARS of use from the SC'r.

Yeah adding a turbo definitely ups the complexity and is pretty expensive (around $5k to get it running right even with a lower boosting one). It is a possibility for sure, but like mentioned the SC should have lasted you years.
