I have a 1999 spx and I can get it to start but it gives me trouble. When I go to start it, it will turn over for only a second then stop. And then it does this over and over again until finally it gets enough power to start. On average it takes me at least 20 time of turning it over for it to finally fire. When i take the spark plugs out it turns over and over with no problems. Does anyone have any idea of what this might be.
