Trailer Help for XP X4 Hull

I have attached photographs of a single trailer I am trying to repair for one of my three currently out of commission skis. When I had purchased the trailer, it had those two bracket attachments facing the ski with a "noodle" flotation piece cut out which was acting as a bow stop, however, the brackets were sharp and eventually cut threw the noodle. I cannot find anything online that might act as a more secure and safe method of a bow stop. Should I try and find something like below or do y'all have anything that is recommended to try with my current setup? Thanks for any information.

Try and find a roller like the top picture you posted with. You can check on craigslist, some people do trailer part outs or just shop for the roller itself and you may get lucky. I have a single and a double trailer that I have just restored both, you definitely need a roller like the top picture. Just try to bolt it onto the holes that are pre drilled in your trailer. And if that doesn't line up, weld it onto the metal below the holes

Add www dot etrailer dot com to the front
Something along the lines of that keel roller seems close but you would need to cut a slot for your winch strap to go under the roller tho

PS the way the ski in the first pic has the strap over the roller dosent keep the bow tight against the roller, it needs to be under

The strap should be under the roller.

In your case, raise the winch a bit. This will do two things. Get the roller above the bow-eye acting as a stop and get the strap where it belongs.
