Towing, shut off valve help please

Hello everyone, first post and looking for assistance. I’ve searched but can’t find exact answer.

2014 GTR 215 and looking for the exact hose I need to install the shut off valve to prevent water entering while towing.

I’m not very technical so a pic or any description would be appreciated along with recommended valve type and size.
