Towing a tube

Can someone enlighten me as to the following question. Is the eyelet located behind the seat of my 2009 GTI130 strong enough to tow a tow tube?

Yep, that is one of the reasons it is there.

Do you mean the bow eyelet? The one behind the seat is the one in question.

ummm, no. Never tow a ski backwards. It will force water into the exhaust.

yes the eyelet behind the seat is plenty strong enough to tow a tube.
