2012 GTR 215 with only 42 hours - Sea Doo was running perfectly - stopped to swim - went to start it and it was completely dead - no display coming on - battery is good - reset key several times, still nothing. Took it back to the house, charged the battery just in case, checked the fuses, still no display / nothing on the dash powers up. Anyone had this problem before?

How did you check the fuses? Visual or with a meter? It sounds like you have power, but it's not getting to the computer. Have you checked all of your electrical connections, power, grounds etc?

How did you get back to the dock?

Yes - checked them with a multi-meter - did not check the 30 A relay as Digdog mentions - not sure how to check a relay - tightened all the electrical connections. Was not far from the dock and had my friend tow me in.

Also check the three grounds in front of the engine block. But this sounds allot like the relay.

Also check that none of the wires for the fuses pushed down through the fuse panel.

To test it you can just use a 9 volt battery and touch it to terminals 85 and 86 and you should hear a click, test leads on 30 and 87 should give continuity when feed 85 and 86 power. There is a wiring diagram on the side of it also and the terminals are labelled on the bottom, if you run a jumper wire from the terminals 30 and 87 in the fuse box things should light up on the dash

Thanks for all the input - after checking all the fuses and battery / starter connections ( mentioned earlier) I started checking voltage at the battery working to the starter solenoid and the quick connect control wire. No power getting to the solenoid - Disconnected the quick connector, cleaned the terminals, reconnected and it fired up as normal - tied down everything because the lake was rough when this happened to avoid another loosened / degraded connection - will run it out on the lake this weekend.
