torques and rotary valve alignment

can someone give me the torque specs for a 94 657 xp engine

need head bolt, cylinder base bolts and rotary valve cover bolt torque specs

also, i forget, been awhile since i worked on a rotax...to align rotary valve with timing mark, is it mag or pto at tdc??

also, are these cylinders cast iron, in other words can i give them a regular hone or are they nikasil or chrome lined??

give'em a bore, and RV set w/ mag at TDC.

yes... they use iron selves.

Torque specs are:

Head and jugs: 17 Lb/ft

Intake: 89 Lb/in (that's POUND/INCHS)
