I've got the motor tore apart and jet pump off and all now I'm trying to remove the driveshaft out of motor. It's in there good I've pulled and pulled and other ideas?

LOL well if you didnt take that metal sleeve thing off it wont come out...and its hard to get that off with the pump already off.

So take the two bolts out of the front motor mount and slide the motor forward enough to get the driveshaft off. Maybe put a vicegrip on it loose so you can work it if its kinda stuck to the PTO. Check the splines if it doesnt look like there wasnt much grease.

The metal Steve is off and motor is not mounted. It looks well greessed. I just can't get it to pull out I tried pulling from the back of the seadoo were the jet pump was but that sucker is iN there would slaying dw40 help at all.

Sounds like it was run so long mis-aligned or w/o grease the splines are screwed up...it should slide right out. Put a vise grip on it and jerk it. Oh and make sure the engine is still locked up now that you have the pump off of it.

Engine is def still locked up. I hot the heads off still and the pump would have the motor out if this driveshaft would come out.

Get nasty with it...LOL maybe a vise grip on the back and hit the vice grip with a hammer... Maybe if you smack it inwards toward the motor it would break it loose.

is that ride plate bent? I got one if you wanna tackle it...Its a sucky job though.

I'm pretty sure SBT will accept those cases with a crack that minor...although they may ding you.

Ride plate look good that is just the way of the pic. Cool well im gunna send them a pic I hope they don't charge to much for that crack. Should I order a jet pump rebuild kit to while its off and wear ring? Hope its worth dumping all this money in it but if it works good ill b happy.

When I pulled the cone it was just oil do guess its good. Do you know of a good book to get to work on the seadoo I downloaded the shop manual but it don't stay on one category very long.

looks that away i will look at it when i get back to the shop tomorrow if so it is getting welded back lol i am not dumping more money other than the motor and starter and shit and getting it on the lake lol does anyone know were to get a good book on how to work on these things in detail
