Throttle not running in same postion

Bought a 1997 seadoo speedster 6 months ago from a friend and runs excellent Compression good on both engines but Magen I run both throttled I have to run one side off
About 1/2 an inch in order to match rpMs and for the life of me I don't know why
Also to small rips on the venter ass seat is the back seat easier removed
