Throttle Cable Labor Time

Does any one know how many hours it should take a shop to change the right hand throttle cable w/ low speed throttle assist, I dropped my boat off at the shop which I called first, one the phone he said 1 hour, now when I dropped it off, another person said 3 hours, Is this shop just giving me the run around because they are slow, or is that about what it takes, I would have did it my self, but didnt want to screw up anything with the oil pump connection. Thanks

yup..thats a crock of sh**. 1hr tops, so just hope it aint charg'n you 3hrs, after they quoted you the hour.

The injection cable, wouldn't have come into play, since you were just "removing" throttle cable, and not the carb.
