What gauge data am I missing based on pic, besides numeric mph? Fuel level, rpms, compass, hours and graphic speed is working not sure what isn't.

Reminder, purchased a new seadoo gauge for 2008 gtx 155 from online seadoo dealer. Had mechanic install and while it ran, most data was missing. Belief was, gauge was not flashed for my model by seadoo dealer. Took it to dealer and he flashed then mapped to ecm and while improved with more data, clearly not fully functioning

What's missing and what do you think is wrong? Defective gauge? I have a lot of money tied up in this partially working gauge and would appreciate your help

well first thing is that somebody installed the gauges upside down !!

when I get a chance in front of a laptop later maybe I can flip the pic over and look at it.

you are definitely missing the digital speed.

Not sure I follow you pic looks right side up to me. Anyway, your input and that of others is needed/ appreciated. This gauge has been an expensive and disappointing experience.

ya, its upside down on my computer but when I detach it and view it comes up right side up... weird....

my ski is a little bit disassembled right now so I can't power mine up to see what else you are missing on the gauge besides the digital speed readout.

Is the ski running and moving at 18mph in the pic? If so, digital speed is missing, the temp reading is missing, the 3 warning lower circles on the bottom right should be grayed out.

I doubt that you have a faulty gauge. Much more likely it was not set up properly. There is a specific procedure with several steps to initialize and then program a factory new gauge to an ECU.

Yes. It is running at 18 mph when I took the photo. I don't know what is going on and whether it is the gauge or the mechanic. A new gauge is on back order but the whole situation is pretty discouraging.
