I did some google searches on how many hours a 4-stroke PWC engine is expected to last. The estimates are between 300-400 hrs as the maximum life expectancy but all those threads were over 7 years old. Tell me about your high hour engines and what you do to ensure they stay running healthy? I have a 2009 Wake 155 with 245 hrs now. Also, at what point did you do a rebuild, and what was the cost? Assuming the case and cylinders did not crack, would it be worth a top-end rebuild? Just thinking ahead. At what point would be proactively doing the top-end rebuild? Thanks
