Tach install on 97 XP

Hey Guys, Im pretty new to the forum and Ive got a question that maybe someone can answer. Is there any way possible that a factory Seadoo tach from an XP Limited can be installed in a 97 XP. Its probably been touched on a few times but I was hoping for some help. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Yes you can. Most of the wires are in the hull already.
