Suspension Question

Just scooped an 09 RXP-iS 255. Suspension doesn't work, vts and ibr work fine. Right now suspension is mid travel but doesn't drop at idle and zero response from adjustment toggle, neither up/down nor 'auto' mode does anything at all, no noises or movements etc.. No check lights. Read 2 different ways to check fault codes, manual says toggle mode until Fault Codes shows up, this doesn't show, just key, settings, display and something else then cycles back to beginning. Read somewhere else to press mode key 5 times. Nothing either.

I can live with where it's at for now but would like to know how to either pull fault codes for it or run it through a test.. From what I'm reading in the manual it should produce code(s) when it isn't responding or dropping down at low speed.

Thanks for any info, I suspect this thing is a prick to work on so wanted to check all options before digging into the hull.

Slight update but not resolved. Found water in plugs to iS module. Worst was power plug. Cleaned up and now the up/dwn sort of works. Dwn changes the display to dock mode and drops seat an inch or so. Hitting it twice several times (an inch a time) will eventually lower it into the hull. Hitting the up button causes it go up, top out and pump continues to run until either hitting down or pulling power to it. I suspect still a water/corrosion issue, iS probably isn't seeing the height sensor is my guess. Still can pull codes on it so will take to buddy who is a dealer and get him to put buds on.
