Sucked Up Rocks 01 GTI

So yesterday I sucked up a few pretty good size rocks. Locked up the pump, we towed it to the launch and were able to get the rock that was wedged in the impeller out but I seem to have lost some torque and top end speed. Looking for a new impeller and was thinking about going with the Solas STCD1016. This is the correct one right? Would this impeller be better than the OEM stock one? What can I expect to see? Thanks in advance.

need a new wearring too....the impellor will give you all around performance...bottom end and possibly lil more on top
