Stuck

I need to put the cable back on for the oil injection pump i have slack in it from rebuilding the carbs. I called local shop and explained said i should be able to do it. But I don't know what I am looking for I really am stuck can someone help me out PLEASE. I was able to hook back the throttle and choke cable fine and works properly.

If I recall on mine it sits in a slot and wraps around to connect to the top. Sorry if I'm wrong just trying to recall from memory. It seems like it came from the bottom right, and wrapped around a cam like piece and mounted up on top. If you try to just put it on top I could see how you would have slack. Could you get a picture on camera or cell phone to post it?

From what i can read on the forum and I spoke to mechanic you have to wind something up before you slide the cable over the cam deal. But I don't know what you wind or were the oil injection pump even is? When i took the carbs off the intake nothing stood out? The other cables work like they should. I will post a picture or 2 in the next day or so. Thank you for the help.
