Steering to right

We have a new 2012 GTX iS Ltd 260 that we just took in for 25 hour service.

It's pulling to the right to the point that you have to steer left to go straight. The dealer says he checked it out and it's within specs, and also claims "that's what the new ones do".

Any truth to their statement....or am I getting the old run around?

No 2012s I rode did that. What water conditions make it "pull" right? You wouldn't happen to have a wind blowing from the left would you? That's what causes mine to drift a little especially when I have a passenger. Those suspension models are very top heavy and wind will affect them more than the lighter non suspension models. Just something I noticed going between them. No solid scientific evidence just my observation.

The steering could need aligned. I have a 2012 GTI that turned to the right. Took the dealer two tries to get it right.

Use the menu on the info center to override the iBR and raise the neutral/reverse bucket. Put the handlebars in the straight position and put a straight edge centered on your jet pump nozzle. The sides of the straight edge should be close to the same distance away from the back of the hull. It is hard to tell if the nozzle is straight without using a straight edge.
