Starting Problem

I have a 1995 xp and its not starting. I replaced the starter and put in a brand new battery. It seems like something is pulling power from the starter. All the leads and everything are cleaned and tight. Its my first jet ski and I dont really know much about them. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks

So whats the problem? It rolls over but wont fire, it wont roll over at all? Shed more light on your problem.

It rolls over pretty slow it rolls over faster with the new battery and starter but still not enough to start the machine.
