Starter Replacement

I've got a 1991 Sea-Doo SP and need to change the starter. Any one know an easy way to do it or do I start cutting out the side of the boat with a HACK SAW?
I got into both of my SD's to see if we would accually get any use out of personel water craft, BEFORE spending a lot of money on some new ones. So far, so kinda good. Have trouble with the small one with starter problem.
Any help would be Appreciated.

Jim, it's not the easiest thing to do, getting the starter out, but it can be done in the Hull. The other solution is removing the engine...

Starter Issues

Thanks, I did'nt think it would be easy, nothing is any more. Kinda like the idea of the KACK SAW but I'm going to have to get rid of it later. Oh well, any pointers would greatly appreciated.
