Starter question.

Was checking out my starter, which spins but I noted the teeth are worn...

Teeth look fine. The teeth are supposed to be beveled on the ends to help it engage the flywheel. Either the one-way clutch (bendix) is slipping or the starter is not developing enough torque to throw the bendix into the flywheel. Check the brushes and armature and replace as necessary.
 
You want to rebuild it Charles Electric in Akron may be able to help you. He does all kinds of motors and starters. may have parts in stock or can order them. He's a good dude!
