Squeaking steering Column

Mine does this also.. I sprayed some fluid film on it.. I plan on taking it out Friday.. I'll let you know if that worked..
 
I had an older Polaris that did this. I removed the outer decorative housing so I could get a good look at things. Mine was the bushings within the shaft. I drill into the shaft and added a Zerk Fitting. Then put the housing back together and drill a hole in line with the Zerk fitting I installed.
 
Tried bringing it to the dealer for this problem as well - nothing they can do.

What I do is spray wd-40 in between where the plastic rubs together (end of the steering handle and the top deck). It's the circle that rotates left to right - once WD-40 is sprayed in between it becomes loose as butter and no squeaks. But this only lasts about a week or so.

I tried using fluid film and other grease but it ends up building up and attracts a lot of other dirt.
