Sportster 1800 upholstery

Has anyone had experience removing seats. I want to re-upholster all the white vinyl with the silver carbon fiber vinyl that Hydroturf sells. Any info on seat removal would be appreciated.

I see this thread is kinda old, no replies. But, I also see you were on the site yesterday so since your still active, I'll throw in my 2 cents. The only seat that is a PITA is the rear seat. The fasteners are only accessible from the engine compartment. You need really long arms to get to them.

You should be able to pull up the seats in the parts index and it should give you some idea as to where all the fasteners are located........:cheers:
