hi

ok first of all im noob in boat im looking to buy a speedster or a sportster 1800 (1998)
so if i understand they got the same motor twin rotax 85hp but the speedster is smaller and for 4 passenger and the sportster is bigger for 7 passenger. (im looking more for the sportster 1800)

i whould like to know the weight of the boats with the trailer because i got a saturn ion 2007 2.2l do you think i can pull the boat whit that??

and does they take a lot of fuel how much liter you got in the tank and how long it last.

tx and sorry for my bad english

The speedster is 16 ft the Sportster 1800 is 18 ft. The speedster has an option of twin 110 HP motors or twin 85 HP, the sportster has twin 85 HP motors. The speedster weighs 1650 dry and the sportster 1870. The sportster is slightly bigger but the speedster has more power and is slightly slower.

As far as weight. Add another 750 lbs for trailer, liquids, and cargo. I would expect them to weigh about 2300 for the speedster and 2500 for the sportster. Looks like max towing capacity of the ion is 1000 lbs. So it would not work.

There is also a 14ft sportster with a single 85 HP motor.
