Has anyone ever done this?

Seadoo 150 215hp wide open and turn it as hard as you could?

I haven't the guts to try it yet. Will it just spin out? Love to know if anyone ever tried it. I see spin video on you tube etc but nothing wide open.

Im sure its been done but I would like know someone else first before I go for it.

:)

First... you should be posting in the boat section.

Second... HELL YES !!!!! my wife yells at me all the time. And if you want to get a really good spin, turn a little to the opposite direction first. (it helps break the hull loose) I've spun so hard, that when the nose grabbed, it hopped the hull out of the water, and I landed going backward. :hurray:

To answer your question... dive it like is a big jetski, but make sure people are holding one first.

lmfao

Wife yelling thats funny, Mine gives me the LOOK at 1/2 speed, can't wait to give it a go but i might try it at slower speeds and work up to wide open. Should I be concerned about water in the boat from wake spins etc. Is the boat built with the idea that water is going to get inside it? Can it hurt anything?

Yeah Im a chicken sh.. new boat owner

The boat was designed to get water in it. There is a drain right under the drivers seat.

I really don't think there is a way to hurt the boat just from driving it. The little seadoo's are wide, and stable, and short of spinning it off the top of a 10' tall wave... you should be good.

The other thing to get you in trouble is to get going about 30 mph... pull it back to an idle, pop it into reverse... and then give it a shot of throttle. It will push the nose down, and depending on how fast you do it... you can create a wall of water... or you can submerge the nose, and fill the passenger compartment.

Watch this. :hurray:
