speedster rpm issues

I have a 06 sportster with a 947 rotax fule injected. Starts fine full throtle runs about 7000 rpm The problem is when I try to hold a steady speed mid range on the throtle. RPMS drop off. Hit the gas and she jumps right up. Ran some seafoam, new plugs, RAVE valve seem free.(just poped the caps)
This thing only has about 25 hrs on it. Checked pump clean and no burs on screw.

Dont just pop the caps and feel them. Pull the raves and clean them.

Hey, is Seafoam ok for use in a Rotax? What does it do exactly?

Seafoam is a gas additive. I run it in all my 2 -cycles and small engines. Chain saw leaf blower mower. It is supose to dry up water and clean fule system.

it might "loosen" up the crap in the internal filters, BUT...its still there.

Good point. Additives are not alwayes a solution. More on the saga Boat ran great after I cleaned the rave valves. (for 2 days) Now I get a beep when You go over 1/4 throtle. Nothing at idle. Going to pull it from the lake and check the intake. Got any ideas? Next stop the dealer.
