SPEEDO dont work

Ok so i own a 2003 Seadoo GTI LE RFI, the speedo does not work and the local shop wants to charge me 110 for a diagnostic and to confirm his suspicions and then he said about 150 to 175 will fix it........does this sound reasonable......thanks. Neil

Check the fuses and read your shop manual. It could be a disconnected wire, your paddle may have thrown its magnet on the wheel.
