I want to get some speed with my seadoo xp does anyone have any tips? I dont want to hear that my 1994 seadoo xp i to old for new engine and I should get new one.

Well you may not want to hear it but it's the truth. Enjoy your ski for what it is, it's honestly not worth putting $ into any performance parts for a 657 to gain 1-2 mph.
The best upgrade option for your ski would be to sell it and find a 96 XP or 97-99 SPX. That will give you a 30hp increase in basically the same hull.
