spark to coils

power to coils

i have a 2000 gtx 951 carb motor and im not getting power to coils does the mpem send power to coils or does the stator tell the mpem to send power to the coils thanks jeff

the stator tells the pick up coil to fire and it's processed throught the CDI and then on to the coil and bam plugs.

well my issue is im not getting spark i have checked all grounds and cleaned i did a light test on my white wires going to my coils and no light so i am assuming my mpem is not sending power to the coils what else should i check befor i buy a new mpem i also get the 2 beeps when i put my key on and motor does turn over thank you for your input
