Can a bad spark plug cause a warning buzzer to go off?
I have been noticing the RPMs fluctuating.
I was pulling the kids on the wakeboard at about 15 mph.
all of a sudden the RPMs dropped by 1000.
It cought my attention then it did it again and the warning buzzer went off.
No warning lights lit up. Checked Oil...OK there. drove around a while cruising at about 35 without towing & i noticed a slight fluctuation in RPM. Started pulling the wakeboard and it does it again.

If the beeper goes off continuous, then it is a over heat condition. Spark plugs will not cause the sensor to go off. That would also cause the rpm's to be sluggish too, if it over heats.
Check your jet pump for debris or a plugged cooling line. What do the spark plugs look like?

A rectifier diode going bad can also send faulty intermittant signal to the buzzer,
as A/C spikes interfer with the mpem waveform signals. Hold engine RPM at 5500
and check the voltage at your battery. If over 15 VDC, the rectifier/regulator is bad.
I also agree with KustomKarl's excellent advice.

It will not be the spark plugs setting it off but it can possibly be the coil or the injector. It will not help by looking at the spark plugs neither. I have pulled some out that looked new and it ended up needing to have the plugs changed.
