How can you tell if the Spark has the HO engine? The 2 models appear identical on the outside, is there a way to tell from the VIN? Thanks.

assume dealer can look up serial number and tell but if it is a 3 up then its a 90, if it has ibr its a 90

The 60hp will stay in touring mode. The 90 allows sport mode.
