Hey guys my ski locker floor compartment door will not open and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to get it open with the least amount of damage to it. I'm guessing the latch broke inside. It's a 2002 challenger 2000. Thx

Hmm. Have a look on the OEM parts site as to how the lock connects together. If it's anything like the front storage bin, then you can buy replacement lock and coupling unit ($10-15) - in which case I would say a little cordless drill action should get it open. And then 5mins to swap out the new parts...?

yip, i'm in agreement here, drill it out, or just pull really fkn hard :), and replace with a $15 southco latch on fleabay, i think i bought two for $35 shipped, just measure the diameter of the whole., search for southco on ebay and match it up.

and for the record, in the future, if you don't keep your weed in the storage compartment you won't be in panic mode like you are now.

Yeah i bet the lock is broke, drill it out and add a new one. Several companies make replacements The southco look the same and they are like 20 bucks.
