Silicone Gasket Maker ?

Hey Guys !!

I had a stud and a bolt break on my 2001 717 at the connection of the manifold and the exhaust pipe !! Can I use high temp gasket maker or do I have to have the actual replacement gasket?? I wanna run it this weekend so if I order a gasket it will not make it in time !!

Spray your old gasket with Copper gasket spray-on. Observe your torque specs.
Items: 6, 7, 10's The two rubber groments should have a flat stainless washer on its fat end, and is not shown. These are a MUST for proper spaceing of he tuned pipe. Otherwise the exhaust manifold to tuned pipe will not seat flatly and you will break the #6 bolt.
