Seat removal 1998 sportster 1800

I have a sportster 1800. I have been tring to remove the captain main seat cushion to get is replaced. I cannot get it out... Help. I'm sure it must be simple I am just missing it?

Welcome to the seadoo forum ffmarkt. It either pulls straight up on the cushion or it is screwed from the under neath bottom.

Thanks, It was attached by four screws in the bottom of the seat in the engine compartment. The cushion itself I discovered (after pulling the bench seat) is rivited in place. Thanks for your help.
