Seat Problems

I'm having my seats on a 96 speedster replaced. I just bought the boat this spring and the seats are terrible on it. The only problem is the guy re-doing the seats is requiring me to take the seats out on my own. I'm having alot of trouble getting the back seat out. Any ideas???? PLEASE HELP!

theres a few bolts (3-4) on "firewall, and the bottom seat, theres 4 bolts hold'n it, above the gas tank.
