Hi guys im new on here. i just bought a 99 seadoo xp limited and the battery keeps draining. put a new one on and it keeps draining more or less straight away. it will start once maybe and run fine then if i turn it off it wont start again on the battery alone you have to put jump leads on it. can anyone help me with it please. also are these meant to be quick my mates got an xp 800 and he flies past me on the start but top end is simular. Thanks guys

The 96 XP is gonna jump out in front but you should be a few miles faster on top.
It sounds like you need to check to see if the rectifier is working. If it is, you need a new stator.
