What size are the needle and seats supposed to be? The PTO side had 1.2 stamped on the seat while the MAG had nothing

You can run whatever size needle and seat you want. BUT... it sounds like you may have some aftermarket parts, witch are bad.

Most of the early carbs used a 2.0...but a 1.2 is fine. But be aware... with the smaller needle, the popoff will be higher.
