Yes it’s a 2-stroke.
No oil pump won’t flood the engine. From your symptoms it’s the inner crank seals that leek from the rotary cavity and the only permanent fix is to replace the crankshaft.
A temporary fix is to put a shutoff valve on the 12mm oil lines from the tank to the intake side of the crankcase.

There’s no PTO jet.

Front (MAG) carb
Main 140
Pilot 67.5
High speed screw 0
Low speed screw 1-1/2

Rear (PTO) Carb
Main 142.5
Pilot 67.5
HS screw 0
LS Screw 1-1/2.
These are the jets I pulled out of the set of carbs on one motor

You can look at the parts diagram for your exact year and model and it will tell you what jets to use.

Being a little bigger on the main jet like you have won’t hurt anything.

Nope, waste of money. By design they are all going to rattle.

To determine the front carb, is this the carb facing the front of the boat and which jets go which 145 and 67.5 front and 140 and 67,5 rear is this correct

MAG is the front of the engine towards the front of the boat. PTO is the rear of the engine towards the back of the boat.

Could you be kind enough to verify what the jets are in the front and back carburettor

Just open the carburettor kit and wondering what these two items are for, can you help
On the left are the o-rings for the high and low speed adjustment screws.

The two on the right hold the fuel pump mylar check valves down.

Do I have the Mylar check valves on this boat and if so where are they
Okay great thanks for that I am just working on both carburettors now and they don’t appear to have gaskets under the plates they just have the O-ring type does this sound correct to you I guess the gaskets supplied must be for another sort

I’m pretty much standing in front of the carburettor and just want to ask you one more time, if the mag carb is 145 and the PTO carb is 140 in the main jets and then the primary are 67.5 I just can’t seem to find your last post

Can someone please put in the right direction to find a carburettor breakdown diagram for a Seadoo speedster 1999 twin engine 2 stroke

I have looked at the diagram on this website and this seems to be the incorrect one my carbs don’t have the rectangle gaskets only the rubber inner gasket.

The rear (PTO) carb without the fuel pump only uses the rubber o-ring, no paper gasket.
