Was hoping I didn't have to come back to the forums but I do have a problem that might just be fixed easier than me messing around to figure out what it is. So just in case you followed my earlier thread I did have a 657x engine but now I have a 567 because I swapped them due to problems.
So I have gotten this thing running well besides 2 things. Every time I want to start it I HAVE to prime it. Doesn't matter if it is warmed up or not. The second thing is if I keep it at a lower rpm for 5-10 secs it will bog down and die due to lack of fuel from what I'm understanding. It looks to me like the carburetor is not pulling in enough fuel at low rpm which kinda confuses me(I have a little fuel filter that lets me see the fuel get sucked through the line). I did rebuild the carburetor and actually the carburetor was really good but I decided to replace everything anyway since I had the parts. runs fine at higher rpms and can run like that fine for as long as I want.
