hello verybody
I have a 2012 RXT-X260 with 85 hrs on it. I was out on the lake last week and the IBR light along with check engine light came on. it wouldn't go more than 30 mph
anybody knows what could be the problem ???
thx

I had the same issue with my 2010 GTX 155. In addition, once in a while the IBR gate would get stuck,,,,,initial in forward, but then later in Neutral and hence I couldn't go anywhere.

I tracked my problem down to a 3 amp fuse for the IBR Module. This is NOT the big fuse for the IBR motor or actuator. On my ski it is in the starboard box of the two fuse boxes. Changed that, and all problems went away.

Check Engine light does come on when there is an IBR issue as it puts you in LIMP mode in most cases.

IBR is SUPER sensitive to voltage issues. My GTX did the same thing and threw 7 codes as well.. I cleared the codes and they came back instantly. I did a voltage test and my battery was showing some weird voltage numbers. It was good enough to start the ski, but the voltage varied up and down a bit.

I replaced the battery and cleared the codes,,, problem solved.

But for sure check the simple things such as fuses and connections.

So I did take another look today before taking it to the dealer and sure enough the gate was stuck by some round piece that look like a big round bolt which there should be 2 of them one on each side. The right side obviously got loose and got stuck. Since the gate couldn't move them the ibr and check engine light came on. So I took it out and turned it on and ran good no lights at all
I stil m dropped it off for them to make sure everything running good.
I will post more once I hear from them
Thx guys
